About the Project

Jump built an advisor-focused AI assistant that eliminated repetitive meeting admin across the client lifecycle: it ingested audio/video and calendar signals, transcribed and summarized conversations, extracted tasks and compliance metadata, and pushed structured updates to CRMs and enterprise systems. The team productized dozens of advisor workflows (pre-meet briefs, smart task creation, follow-up drafts, meeting capture modes) and offered enterprise programs and SLAs so broker-dealers, RIAs and wealth networks could roll the assistant out firm-wide. Jump marketed outcomes in time-savings and compliance reduction and announced partnerships and reseller relationships to accelerate adoption.

Challenges in Development

Scaling enterprise rollout

Rolling the product out across broker networks and advisor teams required provisioning, admin controls, partnership programs and enterprise SLAs to meet institutional expectations.

Compliance & auditability demands

Generating retention-safe artifacts and configurable compliance controls to satisfy broker-dealer and RIA review processes required auditable pipelines and policy controls.

Meeting capture variance

Supporting many capture sources (VoIP, Zoom, phone, in-person mobile) with consistent transcription quality and privacy modes required robust ingestion and edge-fallback logic.

Solutions: Our software agency provided

We fine-tuned summarization models and built hybrid pipelines so meeting notes were concise, accurate and domain-appropriate for advisors. We created a secure integration hub and idempotent CRM connectors that eliminated manual record updates and synchronized tasks reliably. We implemented compliance orchestration, retention policies and audit exports to satisfy broker-dealer review processes. Finally, we packaged provisioning, SSO and rollout playbooks so enterprise partners could deploy Jump across advisor networks quickly and with predictable SLAs.
