MixCare Health had built a white-label, API-enabled employee wellness and benefits platform that connected insurers, brokers and employers with a large network of wellness vendors. Employers (via brokers or insurers) offered MixCare as a complementary layer to group insurance — employees used a single wallet/portal to select flexible benefits, redeem marketplace services, join health campaigns and earn engagement rewards. The platform prioritized quick broker integrations (SSO), data analytics to measure utilization and AI decisioning to recommend tailored benefit bundles that matched household needs and budget constraints.
