CoachNow built a coach-centric product that combined media capture, asynchronous and live feedback, and business automation into one environment. Coaches created Spaces for individual athletes or teams, recorded and annotated clips, used analysis tools (including AI skeleton tracking) to generate technical feedback, and delivered structured programs and messaging that athletes accessed via mobile apps or web. Organizations used CoachNow Academy features to manage rosters, facility calendars, billing and subscriptions so they could scale coaching operations across teams and sports.

Storing and serving large volumes of video while keeping costs and playback latency acceptable required optimized media storage, CDN usage and retention policies.
Real-time and asynchronous UX consistency
Supporting both live coaching sessions and rich asynchronous feedback flows (annotations, voice notes, comparison shots) required unified state and media workflows.
High-quality media capture across devices
Ensuring consistent video capture quality and upload performance across iOS, Android and web required camera controls, bitrate management and client-side stability.
We implemented a resilient cross-platform capture and upload toolkit that reduced failed uploads and standardized video quality across devices. We built and operationalized an ML inference pipeline for skeleton tracking with sport-specific validation so AI insights were reliable. We unified media processing and playback with multi-resolution renditions and CDN rules to lower latency and cost. We integrated subscription billing, entitlement checks and automation so organizations could sell programs and manage access without manual reconciliation.

CoachNow allowed coaches and athletes to record and upload video and images directly in sessions or asynchronously for analysis and feedback.
2. Advanced Video Analysis
The platform provided slow motion, side-by-side comparisons, overlays and annotation tools for detailed technical breakdowns of movement.
3. AI-Enabled Skeleton Tracking
CoachNow added AI skeleton-tracking to assist biomechanics-style analysis and to surface automated movement insights.
4. Communication & Coaching Spaces
It offered private Spaces/Groups, threaded messaging, voice notes and structured feedback flows so coaches could centralize all athlete communication.
5. Library & Reusable Content
Coaches could save drills, templates and media to a cloud library and reuse those assets across athletes and programs.
6. Billing, Subscriptions & Scheduling (Organizations)
For organizations and academies, CoachNow provided billing, program packaging, subscriptions and calendar management to sell and manage coaching services.
The solution improved user engagement, and a pilot adoption rate exceeding expectations.
CoachNow clients experienced faster coach-to-athlete feedback cycles because media capture and annotation workflows improved, which increased athlete engagement and practice adherence. AI skeleton tracking shortened analysis time and improved technical feedback consistency, reducing coach review load and scaling coaching throughput. Billing and subscription automation increased program sales and reduced administrative churn by automating invoices and purchase history visibility. Media optimization and CDN strategies lowered storage/e-gress costs while improving playback reliability across regions.
