Reeact had built an e-reputation product aimed at businesses and professionals who needed continuous protection of their online image. The platform crawled review sites, social networks and listings, applied AI sentiment and rules to classify content, and exposed a triage console where operators reviewed alerts, attempted automated removals (where platform policies allowed), or escalated cases to legal partners for stronger action. The service combined automated tooling (monitoring, NLP, alerting) with human workflows and legal channels to improve removal success rates and to manage reputational incidents end-to-end.

We built a robust hybrid monitoring pipeline that combined transformer-based sentiment models with human moderation so the platform avoided false positives while still surfacing issues quickly. We automated evidence capture and packaged removal requests to platform APIs and to partnered lawyers, which sped case approval and reduced manual prep work. We hardened crawling and ingestion with headless fallbacks and proxy orchestration so coverage increased without runaway costs. Finally, we added GDPR-compliant audit trails, role controls and SLA dashboards so customers could both act and prove they acted appropriately.
