Blocksquare built an end-to-end real-estate tokenization stack that converted property economic rights into on-chain tokens, backed those tokens with off-chain legal and registry artifacts, and delivered white-label portals for issuance and secondary trading. Issuers used the platform to mint Property Tokens, run token sales, enforce investor entitlements (via on-chain rules + off-chain KYC), and integrate marketplaces and liquidity pools so fractional ownership could be traded and monetized. The product targeted commercial real-estate operators, digital marketplaces and fintech firms seeking regulated tokenization paths.

We connected smart contracts with notarized legal documents and registry APIs to ensure that tokenized economic rights aligned with off-chain property records. We implemented KYC/AML onboarding, entitlement middleware and marketplace liquidity primitives so issuers could run compliant sales and offer tradable fractional positions.
